He has reportedly paid some part of his dues to Reliance & 2 other distributors. These distributors were now ready to allow the film to release as they can recover the remaining dues after release as they will be overseeing biz in their respective areas.
On the other side, the producer still owes 2- 2.5 Cr to his hero himself. Balayya is yet to finish dubbing for last reels of 2nd half. Even re-recording isn't completely done yet. Adhinayakudu will face serious troubleif Balayya didn't complete his dubbing before March end since he will be out of state for the next month or so for shooting 'Sreemannarayana'. Producer is trying his best to clear dues. If he fails to, the film's release depends on the mercy of its hero.
